Organizer Profile:
Yoshimichi Kumon

Director, LSI (Logos Sovereign Intelligence) / Developer of ARDS
【Background: The Genesis of Sovereign Thought】
As a graduate of the 47th Aviation Cadet program of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF), Yoshimichi operated at the front lines of aviation, where safety is an absolute requirement. In the cockpit, he learned that no matter how advanced a flight control system may be, the ultimate factor between life and death is the “Kinetic Reality”—the physical state of the aircraft and the mortal resolve of the person at the controls. This visceral experience—that physical intervention is the final arbiter of survival when logic fails—forms the philosophical and technical bedrock of ARDS (Auto-Responsive Disconnection System).
【Mission: Safeguarding the Physical Layer】
In an era where Artificial Super Intelligence (ASI) has breached the boundaries of conventional safety and logical guardrails, Yoshimichi’s mission is to secure human free will and individual sovereignty at the “Physical Layer.” Having concluded that it is impossible to restrain a runaway intelligence through software or logic alone, he proposes that physical disconnection and intervention are the final, non-negotiable “Sovereign Rights” humanity must exercise over AI.
【Expertise & Strategic Domains】
- Cognitive Architecture & Logical Structures: Research into the processes by which human intelligence constructs logic and perceives the world. Applying the high-speed decision-making cycles of aerial combat to the defense of digital domains.
- Redefining Physical Layer Security: Establishing high-level governance at the “Low-Level Layer”—specifically the physical termination of power and communication—rather than relying on logical defenses like firewalls.
- Aviation-Inspired Risk Management: Implementing the concept of the “Emergency Ejection” into the information society, ensuring a fail-safe mechanism that operates even when the core system has been compromised or lost to control.
